5. Processing of Candidate Data

We process personal data submitted by candidates for recruitment purposes.

Candidate data is used to:

assess the candidate’s application;
contact the candidate regarding the recruitment process;
organise job interviews;
evaluate the candidate’s qualifications, experience and suitability for the position;
make a decision regarding a job offer;
document the recruitment process.

Candidate data is not transferred to PIT Group companies or German companies. The link to the PIT Group on the website is provided for informational purposes only.
Candidate data is stored during the recruitment process and for 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. For longer storage, for example for future recruitment processes, candidate data may be stored only with the candidate’s separate consent.
We recommend that candidates do not provide excessive personal data in their CV, cover letter or application form that is not necessary for the recruitment process, such as information about health, family status, religious or political beliefs or other special categories of personal data, unless such data is required by law or by the requirements of the specific position.

6. Data of the Recommending Person

In the job application form, the candidate may provide information about the person who recommended them.

In such cases, we process the recommending person’s:

first name;
last name;
phone number.

This data is used for the purposes of verifying the candidate’s recommendation, administering the employee recommendation programme and related communication.
By providing the recommending person’s data, the candidate must ensure that the recommending person has been informed about the transfer of their data to UAB Lithutec and agrees that such data may be used for the purposes specified in this section.
The recommending person’s data is stored for as long as necessary to administer the recommendation, but generally no longer than 6 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process, unless applicable law or legitimate interests related to the recommendation programme reasonably require a longer storage period.

7. Processing of Feedback

When you leave feedback on the website, we process your first name, last name and feedback content.

Feedback may be used for:

website content administration;
evaluating feedback from customers, partners or website visitors;
improving the quality of services and communication.
