What will you do?

Maintenance and improvement of production infrastructure:

• Designing and manufacturing workstations (carts, assembly stands, holders, workbenches, structures);
• Installation work;
• Maintenance and repair work.

Maintenance and improvement of building infrastructure:

• Maintenance of production and auxiliary spaces (compressed air, ventilation, cooling, smoke extraction, heating systems, and other engineering systems);
• Maintenance of warehouse spaces (mezzanine structures, racks, floor marking, etc.);
• Maintenance of storage and other outdoor infrastructure;
• Assisting with installation and maintenance of lighting and electrical infrastructure if not yet qualified (training opportunities available);
• Coordinating contractors’ work for larger-scale projects.

What do we expect from you?

• A technical vocational qualification or engineering degree in a mechanical field;
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation;
• Written and spoken English at B2 level;
• Experience working with metal, wood, and other materials;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and versatility.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Adjusting production equipment according to product quality parameters, troubleshooting issues;
• Performing technical maintenance and periodic inspections of equipment, resolving malfunctions, carrying out repairs;
• Testing tools and equipment, diagnosing and fixing faults;
• Participating in the introduction of new products, testing them, assisting in equipment selection, preparing protocols;
• Direct communication with service companies or suppliers located abroad;
• Improving equipment and related processes;
• Maintaining department documentation.

• Work with automatic wire-cutting machines.
• Ensure that the produced items meet quality standards.
• Load and handle finished products and raw materials (up to 25 kg / 55 lbs).
• Cut wires manually.
• Mark and strip insulation from wires.

The company uses a 3-level hourly pay system based on performance and skills:

• Level 1 – €7.94/hour, (new employees start at this level)
• Level 2 – €8.24/hour, (possible promotion after/about 3 months, depending on performance)
• Level 3 – €8.74/hour, (possible promotion after/about 6 months, depending on performance)

The stated hourly rates are before taxes.

Important: Advancement to higher levels is based on achieved work results and competence, not on time spent with the company.

Employees working evening shifts receive an additional incentive bonus, depending on the amount of time worked in evening shifts.

The advertised salary range already includes: Health and performance-related bonuses offered by the company (dependent on employee results). An additional afternoon/evening shift bonus of €50 gross per shift, assuming the employee works afternoon shifts for approximately two weeks per month.
