Your Main Responsibilities:

Maintenance and improvement of production infrastructure:

• Designing and manufacturing workstations (carts, assembly stands, holders, workbenches, structures);
• Installation work;
• Maintenance and repair work.

Maintenance and improvement of building infrastructure:

• Maintenance of production and auxiliary spaces (compressed air, ventilation, cooling, smoke extraction, heating systems, and other engineering systems);
• Maintenance of warehouse spaces (mezzanine structures, racks, floor marking, etc.);
• Maintenance of storage and other outdoor infrastructure;
• Assisting with installation and maintenance of lighting and electrical infrastructure if not yet qualified (training opportunities available);
• Coordinating contractors’ work for larger-scale projects.

We Expect You To:

• Have a technical qualification or engineering education (in mechanics);
• Can read and understand technical documentation;
• Have practical experience in production infrastructure or building engineering;
• Have welding experience and/or a welder’s certificate (training opportunities available);
• Have experience using SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar software;
• Are able to work both in a team and independently;
• Are versatile and flexible.

We consider it an advantage if you:

• Have an electrical safety certificate;
• Can communicate in English.

Salary:

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Adjusting production equipment according to product quality parameters, troubleshooting issues;
• Performing technical maintenance and periodic inspections of equipment, resolving malfunctions, carrying out repairs;
• Testing tools and equipment, diagnosing and fixing faults;
• Participating in the introduction of new products, testing them, assisting in equipment selection, preparing protocols;
• Direct communication with service companies or suppliers located abroad;
• Improving equipment and related processes;
• Maintaining department documentation.

• Have a technical or engineering education (in electrical engineering);
• Have relevant work experience;
• Communicate in English (both written and spoken);
• Are versatile and flexible;
• Can read and understand technical documentation;
• Are able to work both in a team and independently.

• Operate production equipment
• Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards
• Perform loading tasks for finished products and raw materials (17–25 kg)
• Work with automatic wire-cutting machines
• Perform manual wire cutting
• Perform wire marking and stripping

• Be diligent, attentive, and eager to learn and grow
• Have experience working in a manufacturing company (an advantage)
• Be physically fit for moderately heavy work
• Be quick and able to work efficiently

• Work in two shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00

• €1290–€1470 per month (before taxes)
• A performance-based bonus of up to €500 may be awarded.
