Forklift driver
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Order picking and preparation for transportation;
  • Receiving, inspecting, and issuing goods;
  • Supplying production departments;
  • Maintaining stored products and warehouse order;
  • Operating outdoor and indoor forklifts;
  • Manual loading and unloading work;
  • Participation in inventory counts.
We Expect You To:
  • Have strong organizational skills;
  • Have similar experience in a manufacturing company;
  • Can react quickly to changing situations (stress management skills);
  • Hold a Category B driver’s license and a forklift operator’s certificate (required).
Joining Us, You Will:
  • Work a day shift: every other Monday 5:00-14:00, and on other days 06:00-15:00, 07:00–16:00, or 08:00–17:00;
  • Work Monday to Friday, with weekends off;

Salary:
  • €1,800–2,000/month gross
  • Depending on your experience and work performance, a bonus of up to €200/month may be awarded.

Technologist / Project Coordinator
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Close teamwork across different company departments.
  • Implement technological processes and products, considering company and client requirements, ensuring high product quality.
  • Search for effective technological solutions, communicate them within the team, and implement them.
  • Prepare technological documentation.
  • Analyze production process efficiency, monitor indicators, and initiate corrective actions for discrepancies.
We Expect You To:
  • Have strong organizational and planning skills and can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess technical knowledge of electronic components and their assembly processes.
  • Have experience working with manufacturing and quality control standards.
  • Have good teamwork skills, are communicative, and able to negotiate effectively.
  • Can solve problems and make decisions promptly.
  • Speak English at a B2 level.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advantages if you:
  • Have an education in electrical or automation engineering and/or relevant work experience.
  • Have experience working with SolidWorks.

HR Specialist
Job description:
  • Recruiting and selecting employees (production staff);
  • Preparing and administering HR documents in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Implementing and managing performance evaluation processes;
  • Planning, organizing, and administering training;
  • Developing and preparing training programs in coordination with department managers;
  • Advising managers on labor law and HR administration matters;
  • Preparing and managing HR documents, policies, and procedures;
  • Other administrative and organizational tasks related to HR development, administration, and management.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration/management (experience in a manufacturing company is a strong advantage);
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with HR and ERP systems (we use Rivilė and Odoo);
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to handle conflict situations;
  • Good planning and prioritization skills;
  • Good English skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken form.
